Changelog

v1.0.0-rc.2 — 2026-05-22

Wave 1 of the IaaS gap-fill plan: ordering, catalog browsing, SSH key management, and direct server provisioning. The API is no longer read-only.

New endpoints

  • GET /catalog, GET /catalog/products/{id} — browse what you can order, with pricing matrix and configurable-option groups (role field marks region / image / RAM / disk / cpu groups).
  • GET /orders, GET /orders/{id}, POST /orders, POST /orders:preview, POST /orders/{id}:cancel — full order lifecycle. previewOrder returns a quote_token valid for 5 minutes that locks pricing through createOrder.
  • POST /servers (createServer) — express provisioning path. Places order + auto-pays + provisions in one call. Returns Server + Operation. The API is no longer read-only on /servers.
  • GET /ssh-keys, GET /ssh-keys/{id}, POST /ssh-keys, PATCH /ssh-keys/{id}, DELETE /ssh-keys/{id} — manage account-level SSH public keys, referenced from createServer, createOrder, and rebuildServer.

vpsctl 0.3.0

New command groups: catalog, orders, ssh-keys. New subcommand: servers create. The CLI now covers every documented endpoint.

MCP server 0.2.0-alpha.1 → 0.3.0-alpha.1

13 new tools: list_catalog, get_catalog_product, list_orders, get_order, preview_order, create_order, cancel_order, create_server, list_ssh_keys, get_ssh_key, create_ssh_key, rename_ssh_key, delete_ssh_key. Total tool count: 66. Destructive tools (create_server, create_order, delete_ssh_key) run through the elicitation handshake.

Content

No breaking changes. Everything from rc.1 continues to work.

  • Cursor pagination, Idempotency-Key, X-Confirm-Token
  • Operation envelope for async actions
